2. Purchasing Terms
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Services are provided at our clinic location unless otherwise stated.
- Promotional offers may have separate terms and limited validity.
3. Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
General Use
- Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are the responsibility of the holder.
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or altered vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment (printed or physical copy).
Validity
- Standard Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law).
- Promotional / Special Offer Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Expired vouchers are void and cannot be redeemed.
Redemption
- Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for treatments and services offered by Le Beau Clinic & Spa Kardinya.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, products, or cosmetic injectables (if applicable).
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be reloaded.
Price Adjustments
- Gift Vouchers hold the value at the time of purchase.
- If treatment prices increase, the difference must be paid by the client at the time of redemption.
Partial Use
- Any unused balance will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Clients must use the full value before expiry.
Additional Payments
- If treatment cost exceeds voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We operate with a strict booking policy to respect our therapists’ time and other clients.
- Tuesday – Friday: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
- Saturday – Monday: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in:
- 50% of the treatment fee being charged, OR
- 50% of the Gift Voucher value being redeemed
No-shows or missed appointments will result in full forfeiture of the booking or voucher.
5. Appointment Responsibility
- Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
- Failure to attend an appointment will result in full payment or voucher redemption.
6. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment.
- Le Beau Clinic & Spa Kardinya reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Beau Clinic & Spa Kardinya is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Personal injury resulting from undisclosed conditions
- Reactions to treatments where aftercare advice was not followed
8. Amendments
Le Beau Clinic & Spa Kardinya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
