eMagazine Out Now - Jan/Feb 2015 Issue

I would like to start by wishing all our readers and clients a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2015.

This year we are excited to introduce our New Look in our first edition for 2015.This year we are focusing on finding ways to help us help you be the healthiest and happiest person you can be. We are looking at both topical in internal. There are many factors that need to be taken into consideration when we want to be happy and healthy, and we will be investigating all these areas throughout the year. Most of us know that being healthy always reflects on what is happening inside.

Our aim is to educate our gusts so they can make good decisions when it comes to their and their families health.

Some great editorials from leading professions have offered to write articles for our magazine this year to help us on our quest. Firstly I would like to introduce Jan Purse who has been a naturopath for well over 20 years. Jan has kindly offered to add an article to every edition. Jan is a local naturopath working on Glyde St Mosman Park at ‘Remede’ As well as good health Jan’s passion is hormones. Amazing woman I highly recommend her. Jan’s article for this edition is entitled ‘Top foods to include in your diet to help us get back on track after the party season’.

Every summer our clients tackle the same issues with their fight against aging. This edition we have included an article on two must have ingredients in your skin care this summer, to give your skin the best protection from premature aging and the fight against sun damage the hot Australian sun/

Staying focused on everything Sun! We Investigate Vitamin D deficiency and sunscreen. This article has been written by Dr Atologist Rutledge Forney MD - a very interesting read,

Sleep is something most of us lack and At this time of year coming out of the party season many of you will be sleep deprived. This article focuses on the effects that sleep has on your skin. Written for us by plastic surgeon Gregory Buford.

As you can see we are on a mission this year to give you as much information to help you live happier healthier lives and be well informed and educated so you can make a good healthy decision for your families. I hope you get lots of tips and ideas.

We are always looking at ways to improve. I invite you to give me your feedback on our magazine. We write it for you so if you have any requests likes/dislikes or just good old feedback on anything, please don’t hesitate to email me lebeaudayspa@bigppond.com.
